- Liquid waterproofing system to all façades
- Heritage and non-heritage window repair and replacement

- Pipeline Fire Protection: Application of fireproof coatings, insulation, and fire-rated sealing systems for service penetrations and pipeline installations to prevent fire spread and ensure full compliance with Australian Standards.
- Bathroom Tiling & Waterproofing: Comprehensive surface preparation, membrane installation, precise tiling, and grouting to prevent water damage and deliver a durable, high-quality finish.
- Plasterboard Construction: Installation of moisture-resistant and fire-rated plasterboard systems for walls and ceilings, including framing, jointing, and finishing to achieve a smooth and long-lasting result.

- Air Conditioning Unit Installation: Supply and installation of energy-efficient split and ducted systems, including unit positioning, mounting, ductwork, electrical connections, and insulation to ensure optimal cooling performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Plasterboard Construction: Installation of new wall and ceiling linings using fire-rated and moisture-resistant plasterboard, complete with framing, jointing, and finishing to deliver a smooth, durable interior ready for painting.
